Will my customers order directly from you, or can
they place the order through me?
Actually, we prefer that your customers place their order with you and send you their payment of $99 + $16 for shipping & handling. This means that your print ads, flyers, brochures, direct mail pieces, etc. must show your name & address as the place to send ALL orders. If your customers can order by mail, phone, or fax, their order must go to you.
. . . . The only time your customers will place their order with us is if they order through your website which we have programmed and are hosting at any of our domains. In this case, we process their payment of $99 + $16, and send you a $99 commission check after we shipped the order.

If you process orders placed through my website,
can I get instant notification?
Yes. There are several ways you can get instant notification. These are optional services that are discussed in the distributor guide.

Can I market Infodisk at my own domain/site instead of the one that you give to your distributors?
Yes. We can give you a copy of our HTML file and you can post it at your own domain/site. Or if you want to, you can design your own webpages and order forms to market the Infodisk ProPlus.

What happens with my orders if I host my own website?
If you are hosting your own Infodisk website, all orders will go directly to you. Your customers pay you $99 + $16 shipping & handling. When you receive an order, simply send us the name & address of the customer, along with the $16 S&H, and we will fulfill and ship the order direct to the customer.

What happens after I sell 2,500 copies of Infodisk ProPlus?
You start paying only $5 (instead of $16) for shipping & handling. This means that when you charge your customers $99 + $16, you send us $5 and keep $110 as your profit. We still fulfill and ship the orders direct to your customers. This $5 price is good for the next 2,500 orders you get.

How long will my website be up?
One year. We will program, activate and host your website for one full year. After that, if you wish to have Brandel continue hosting your website, we will charge $99 per year. Keep in mind that you can host your website at your own domain or with any website service provider.

What do my customers get when they order the Infodisk ProPlus from me?
They will receive the very same things you get when you order direct from CyberBiz, And any special bonuses CyberBiz sent you. They will receive the Infodisk ProPlus CD-ROM, the reproduction & marketing license, the complete marketing materials, their own distributor website, and 10 Million Email Addresses on CD-ROM.

Do people who buy this complete Infodisk ProPlus package also become a dealer like myself?
Yes. That is what our 100% Distributor Program is all about. You make your entire profit from selling the Infodisk to your customer. Do I have to sell the Infodisk proPlus for $99 or
can I charge whatever price I want?
We strongly recommend that you stick to the $99 price, as we have determined this to be the best price to market Infodisk. All our camera-ready materials and websites show the $99 price. Likewise, the $99 price is also mentioned in the Cd-ROM because it is relevant to our 100% Distributor Program. So, it is in your best interest if you charge your customer the suggested $99 retail price.

If I decide to sell individual reports, will customers (who buy these reports from me) get a "written" reproduction & marketing license?
Yes. However, you should design that license on your own. We do not provide you a camera-ready license for you to issue to your reports customers. If you wish to give them a written/printed license, you may produce your own by copying the design and the layout of the license we issue you.

Do I (as well as my customers) have the right to copy the software (like Netscape, Checks-By-Fax, Etc.) that are in the Infodisk ProPlus CD-ROM?
Yes. The licenses we have secured for these software also allow you to make copies which you can redistribute to others.
